Who is responsible for a trip and fall accident in Florida? The owner or the person injured?

Transcript:

In Florida, both the owner and the injured party could both be at fault. If the owner fails to maintain his business in a reasonably safe condition causing a condition that you can’t see or is somehow hidden, the owner could be responsible. On the other hand, if a person entering the business fails to look where they’re going and trips and falls over something that’s completely obvious in front of them, they could be at fault or both parties could be at fault and a jury can determine the percentage of fault attributable to each party.
