What duties does a property owner owe to me in Florida

A property owner owes a duty to those people invited onto their property, to maintain that property in a reasonable safe condition, and to warn them of any dangers which might be hidden. This doesn’t mean that they have to maintain the property in a perfect condition, just one that is reasonably safe. It also means that you, as the person invited onto the property, must use your common sense and watch where you’re going. You’re not going to be able to hold them to an absolute perfect standard.
