It’s important to see a doctor after any accident in Florida. In Florida, under the No-fault Law you have to seek medical treatment within 14 days and for a determination to be made that it was emergent care. Otherwise you’re not entitled to your PIP insurance that’s available under your no-fault coverage. More importantly, you really need to document if you’ve been injured and how badly, for your case.
