Is there a time limit to file my Florida car accident lawsuit?

There are very specific time limits known as statutes of limitations, in which an actual lawsuit must be filed after a car accident. Generally speaking, in Florida it’s four years after the date of an accident but it can be shorter depending on the persons involved or the types of injuries, such as if someone is killed. Therefore, it’s extremely important that immediately after an accident, you do contact a lawyer to determine when you must file your claim and to help you assess the nature and extent of the value of your claim based upon your injuries.

You pay NO FEES or COSTS unless we settle or win your case!
