Biography:
Mr. Berg concentrates his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on wrongful death and serious injury, as well as complex civil, business, and construction litigation cases. He has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases for his clients including wrongful death, brain injury, shareholders derivative actions, contract and construction related disputes.
He is a lifelong resident of St. Lucie County and is proud to have raised his family there. Mr. Berg is well connected throughout the Treasure Coast in professional and community organizations and routinely handles cases throughout the state of Florida.
