Are there parties other than the at-fault driver against whom I can take legal action in a Florida auto accident case?

Transcript:

The person that causes an accident may not be the only person who you can bring a claim against. For example, in Florida, the owner of a vehicle is responsible for its use even though the owner is not in the car. That’s a person you can bring a claim against. If there’s vegetation blocking your way and another car hits you because of the vegetation, you may have a claim against the property owner who allowed the vegetation to overgrow.

It’s extremely important that you contact a lawyer who deals in automobile cases. We would suggest a board-certified civil trial attorney to assist you in determining who your claim is against.
