Vocelle & Berg, LLP handles all serious injury and wrongful death cases including  automobile and motorcycle accidents, brain injuries, airplane crashes, trip and fall injuries, animal attacks and all other cases involving serious injury or death.

Our firm currently represents hundreds of clients, statewide, in personal injury matters in which our client or family member has been injured or killed due to the negligence, carelessness, or wrongful acts of others.  Your injury case is not only your  personal concern, but ours as well and the initial consultation, whether by telephone or in person, is always free of charge.

All injury and death cases are handled on a contingent basis. You pay NO FEES or COSTS unless we settle or win your case!

BUSINESS DISPUTES

In addition to being Board Certified as specialists in Civil Trial Law, both Mr. Vocelle and Mr. Berg have been Board Certified as specialists in Business Litigation by the Florida Bar.  The firm has handled hundreds of cases involving partnership disputes, contract disputes, fraud and misrepresentation in a business context, partnership break ups, shareholder dissolutions, foreclosures and other business and commercial disputes.

CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES

Construction litigation is, unfortunately, more and more common and often necessary in rapidly growing communities along Florida's east coast including Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin Okeechobee and Brevard counties.  Our firm has extensive experience in handling construction disputes involving homeowners, condominium owners, subcontractors, general contractors, architects, engineers and developers.  Our firm is well versed in this area and we are proud to have successfully negotiated an extremely favorable settlement after two (2) years of intensive litigation, in one of the largest condominium defect cases in the history of Indian River County.

INSURANCE COVERAGE LITIGATION AND BAD FAITH

Insurance companies often wrongfully deny coverage to individuals and businesses for varying reasons.  A sub-specialty of our practice includes representing clients who have unlawfully been denied insurance coverage arising out of almost any insurance policy. In many cases, Florida Law provides that insurance companies which wrongfully deny coverage and lose at trial must pay the prevailing party's attorney's fees and costs.

Whenever an insurance company refuses to pay your claim, denies payment, or offers an insufficient amount, we will work with you to hold the insurance company to its obligations. You should never have to negotiate with an insurance company and its team of insurance defense attorneys alone or accept an insufficient settlement offer. We have successfully represented clients in claims against major insurance carriers. Whether through tough negotiation or aggressive litigation, we work tirelessly to see that you are treated fairly and compensated justly by the insurance company.
